Join us for an outdoor camping adventure connecting with God, girls, and leaders! The weekend features worship, outdoor skills, and campfire time. No camping experience or equipment? No problem! We’ll get you set up or partner you with another group! You could even make it a mother/daughter weekend. Don’t let your girls miss out on this awesome opportunity!
Guest Speaker
Rev. Jayna DeMell is a pastor, dancer, teacher, author, playwright, business owner, wife, mother, and radical follower of Jesus! She has worked with, counseled, taught, and led students from early childhood age to young adults over the last 25 years in environments ranging from inner city to rural, and even international. Jayna has worked in seven different middle and high schools as well as three different universities in the Minneapolis area. She has also partnered with several local and international arts non-profits to bring the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to students and young adults through dance, theater, and music. She and her husband, Dale, pastor Life Assembly Church in Maple Grove.
Where: The Woods at Lake Placid
When: September 19-20. Bus leaves Family Life Church at 1pm September 19 (girls should eat before coming) and return approximately 9:30pm September 20
